<br /> <br /> <br />30 to the Greek Orthodox Church located at 11300 Dublin Canyon Road (APN 941-2857- <br />1). <br /> <br />In addition to the Dublin Canyon Road improvements required for the Project Developer’s <br />project, the Project Developer shall construct the roadway improvements along Dublin <br />Canyon Road east of the driveway of Lots 29 and 30 to the Greek Orthodox Church. The <br />Project Developer shall be reimbursed through the City’s Capital Facilities Fee program for <br />the reasonable and documented construction costs associated with improvements <br />constructed east of the driveway of Lots 29 and 30 to the Greek Orthodox Church. The <br />reimbursement amount shall be based on a cost estimate prepared and submitted by the <br />Project Developer and shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer <br />prior to issuing permits.
