How many times did First Carbon <br />Solutions use this dismissive statement to avoid truly addressing issues raised by <br />public reviewers of their DRAFT EIR for the Hidden Canyon Residence and <br />Preserve ? Difficult to believe that no one made a comment that required First <br />Carbon Solutions to make a change to their EIR. It was not clear to me that all of <br />my comments were addressed by First Carbon Solutions. Also, it was not <br />easy to follow First Carbon Solutions responses with the <br />attachments provided on the City website.I could only open <br />the "text" file and not the pdf.
