Location and Noticing Map <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt a resolution denying the appeal and affirming <br />Single-Family Design Review application (P26-0136) based on the required findings and <br />subject to the conditions of approval in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />On March 18, 2026, the Zoning Administrator conducted a public hearing and approved a <br />Single-Family Design Review application for the construction of an approximately 816-square- <br />foot addition to the existing two-story residence at 2986 Liberty Drive (project site). The <br />proposed addition includes both single- and second-story components located along the west <br />street-side elevation. <br /> <br />property owner to the south of the project site (2902 Liberty Drive).
