I am concerned that blocking a <br />legally viable project sets a negative precedent for the "buildability" and <br />flexibility of all homes in our area. Such unpredictability can deter future <br />buyers and negatively impact our collective property values. <br />I believe that when an improvement aligns with city code, it should be <br />encouraged as a positive contribution to the community.
