If fully code-compliant, legally viable improvements are <br />blocked by individual opposition, it sends a negative signal to the market about the 'buildability' and flexibility of <br />homes in our area. This type of unpredictability can directly harm our property values and deter future buyers who <br />want the security of knowing they can improve their homes within city guidelines.
