Location and Notification Map <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Planning Commission adopt the attached resolution approving the <br />Conditional Use Permit (CUP), Case No. P26-0222, based on the findings and subject to the <br />draft conditions of approval in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The applicant requests CUP approval to expand and operate the existing Fusion Academy at <br />4301 Hacienda Drive, Suites 100 & 120. The expansion would increase the number of <br />students from 40 to 65 on site at any one time, and increase the number of faculty/staff from <br />20 to 33 on site at any one time.
