RFP: City of Pleasanton, I-580 Overcrossing Bicycle & Pedestrian Improvements (CIP #22570) | 18 <br />path within the State Route 49 corridor within the City of <br />Sonora for the Tuolumne County Transportation Council. <br />Task 5.2 – Maintenance Agreement Support <br />Wood Rodgers will facilitate the development of a <br />Maintenance Agreement between the City and Caltrans <br />which will provide a clear understanding of what <br />elements will be maintained by the City and what <br />elements Caltrans would be responsible for. This <br />discussion will take place during the early stages of the <br />project design in conjunction with the development of the <br />DEER. <br />TASK 6 – BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION <br />SUPPORT <br />Following the completion of the project plans, Wood <br />Rodgers will submit the Resident Engineer Pending File <br />and any supplemental information needed for the bid <br />documents. <br />Task 6.1 – Bidding Support <br />Wood Rodgers will respond to Request for Information <br />(RFI) during the bid period and prepare revisions if needed <br />for an addendum. <br />Task 6.2 – ConstrucƟon Support <br />Wood Rodgers will attend a construction kick-off meeting <br />after contract award. We will review any proposed <br />Contract Change Orders and respond as needed.
