DSRD connection fees are set by DSRSD and <br />passed onto Pleasanton customers. Currently Pleasanton sewer connection fees are comparable <br />to Dublin and, after the proposed changes, Pleasanton bills remain comparable to Dublin and <br />significantly above Livermore fees. <br /> <br /> <br />15 DSRSD connection fees are also known as capacity charges. <br />Page 214 of 923
