City of Pleasanton Sewer Rate Study Report Water Resources Economics 61 PROPOSED SEWER CONNECTION FEES Table 4-4 shows the proposed sewer connection fee based on the proposed sewer connection fee per EDU (Table 4-3, Line 3). Sewer connection fees are calculated for each customer by class by multiplying the connection fee per EDU (Table 4-3, Line 3) by the EDU ratio for each class. WRE recommends updating the Apartment and Mobile Home EDU ratio to match the Condominium EDU ratio in line with the proposed sewer rate structure changes.
