Since the original scope of work was <br />approved, the project team has transitioned from preparing an Addendum to the Housing Element Update <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to preparing an Addendum to the General Plan EIR. In addition, the City has <br />requested continued assistance with Senate Bill (SB) 18 tribal consultation, as well as additional project <br />management and coordination to support the revised CEQA approach. A description of the proposed tasks and <br />associated costs is provided below. <br />FCS also requests approval to apply the remainder of the previously approved contingency ($5,513) toward the <br />additional costs associated with this augment. <br />As always, we are grateful to partner with the City and look forward to assisting you with your ongoing <br />environmental needs.
