<br /> 3 <br /> <br />Minimum Education <br /> <br />Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university. <br /> <br />SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER <br /> <br />Minimum/General Experience <br /> <br />Minimum seven years of related software development experience, with a minimum of <br />four years of proven experience in establishing, supervising, and managing successful <br />development team(s). Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, mentoring, <br />and leadership skills required. <br /> <br />Functional Responsibility <br /> <br />Manages all activities of the software development teams, leading a highly skilled <br />technical group. Holds overall responsibility for development, maintenance, and <br />implementation of software development processes and products. Directly supervises <br />10 to 20 employees, which includes interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, <br />assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining <br />employees as necessary; and resolving problems. <br /> <br />Minimum Education <br /> <br />Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university. Education in <br />a technical field that includes exposure to software development methodologies and <br />practices, as well as modern software languages and technologies. <br /> <br />SOFTWARE DEVELOPER ENGINEER <br /> <br />Minimum/General Experience <br /> <br />Minimum 2 years of related software development/engineering experience with a track <br />record of delivering commercial quality software products and solutions. Demonstrable <br />industry track record of delivering commercial quality software products and scenarios. <br />Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in person, <br />in writing, and in small groups.
