The deliverables will summarize <br />key observations, identify and rank potential issues according to severity and provide <br />recommendations for identified issues. <br />Budget <br />The proposed budget to complete the tasks described above is $30,000. The tasks will be <br />completed on a time and materials basis. Table 1 highlights the updated staff rates to be utilized. <br />Table 2 identifies the per task budget. <br />Table 1.
