PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> <br />MPL 99 13 03 18 Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS CHANGE ENDORSEMENT <br /> <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> <br />Miscellaneous Professional Liability Insurance Policy <br /> <br />SECTION II – LIMITS OF INSURANCE, <br />RETENTION AND REIMBURSEMENT Section A.3. <br />Sub-limits paragraph a is deleted in its entirety and <br />replaced by the following: <br />Disciplinary Proceedings Claim Expense <br />The most the Company will pay for all <br />Claim Expense incurred in connection <br />with Disciplinary Proceedings com- <br />menced during the Policy Period and <br />any applicable Extended Reporting Pe- <br />riod shall be $25,000, no matter how <br />many: <br />(1) Insureds this policy covers; <br />(2) Disciplinary Proceedings are <br />commenced; <br />(3) Persons, organizations, or authori- <br />ties institute Disciplinary Proceed- <br />ings; or <br />(4) Wrongful Acts are committed. <br />SECTION II – LIMITS OF INSURANCE, <br />RETENTION AND REIMBURSEMENT Section A.3. <br />Sub-limits is amended to add the following: <br />ADA, FHA, OSHA Regulatory / Administrative <br />Actions Reimbursement <br />The the Company will reimburse the In- <br />sured for legal fees and expenses, incurred <br />by the Insured with the prior written consent <br />of the Company, in responding to a regula- <br />tory or administrative action brought directly <br />against the Insured during the Policy Peri- <br />od by a government agency under the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 <br />(ADA), the Fair Housing (FHA) or the Occu- <br />pational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) pro- <br />vided that the regulatory or administrative <br />action arises out of the rendering of or fail- <br />ure to render Insured Services that took <br />place between the Retroactive Date and <br />the end of the Policy Period and is report- <br />ed to the Company during the Policy Peri- <br />od. The most the Company will pay for <br />these legal fees and expenses is $25,000 no <br />matter how many: <br />(1) Insureds this policy covers; <br />(2) Claims are made; <br />(3) Persons or organizations make <br />Claims; or <br />(4) Wrongful Acts are committed. <br /> <br />SECTION III – EXCLUSIONS, Section A, Para- <br />graph 10. Item a. is deleted <br /> <br />SECTION III – EXCLUSIONS, Section A.1. of the <br />policy is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the <br />following: <br /> <br />A. The Company is not obligated to pay Damages <br />or Claim Expense or defend Claims for or arising <br />directly or indirectly out of: <br /> <br />1.
