The Company has made a written offer <br />sixty (60) days prior to the end of the pol- <br />icy term to renew under different terms. <br />SECTION VI – CONDITIONS of the policy is <br />amended to add the following: <br />O. Renewal With Altered Terms <br />If renewal of this policy will be based on a rate <br />increase of twenty-five percent (25%) or more, in- <br />crease in Retention, reduction of limits or elimi- <br />nation of coverage(s), the Company will provide <br />the First Named Insured at least sixty (60) days, <br />but not more than one hundred twenty (120) <br />days, advance notice of such change(s) prior to <br />the expiration of the policy. The notice will be <br />mailed via certified mail or delivered to the First <br />Named Insured at the address shown on the <br />Declarations Page of this policy. The notice pe- <br />riod will be extended by an additional ten (10) <br />days to allow for mailing time.
