No additional percentages for overhead, profit, or any <br />other costs related to labor will be charged. Rates are current for Fiscal Year 2026-27 (7/1/2026 - 6/30/2027). The City will consider <br />annual adjustments based on CPI (Consumer Price Index, May of applicable years) and submitted prior to the end of the fiscal year for <br />approval based on ENR Construction Index for San Francisco and Bay Area. <br />Milage - IRS Standard Rate shall be used, as adjusted by IRS guidelines. Exclusive of toll charges. <br />Subcontractor Markup shall not exceed 15% <br />Expenses: Reimbursable expenses are in addition to the agreed hourly fees and include actual expenditures made by the consultant in the <br />interest of the project. Eligible reimbursable expenses shall be billed at cost with a IO percent markup.
