Resolution No. PC-2026-09 Page 5 of 6 Through the PUD process, the Project has been designed to balance development with environmental preservation, infrastructure improvements, and community benefits. This approach reflects the intent of the PUD ordinance to encourage innovative and sensitive site planning. Therefore, the Project conforms to the purposes of the PUD District, and this finding can be made. Section 2: The Planning Commission hereby recommends the following to the City Council: 1.Adopt the findings set forth in Sections 1 of this Resolution, subject to the attached Draft Conditions of Approval in Attachment 1; and 2. Approve: (1) Annexations (P18-0078), (2) General Plan Amendments (P18- 0079), (3) Rezoning (P18-0081) four parcels from Pre-zoned-PUD-OS-A&G/OS- PH&S/LDR/HOZ (Planned Unit Development-Open Space-Agriculture & Grazing/Open Space-Public Health and Safety/Low Density Residential/Housing Opportunity Zone) Districts to PUD-OS-A&G/OS-PH&S/LDR (Planned Unit Development-Open Space-Agriculture & Grazing/Open Space-Public Health and Safety/Low Density Residential) Districts, (4) a Planned Unit Development (PUD- 130) plan for residential and private and public open space development with related on- and off-site modifications and infrastructure, and (5) a Vesting Tentative Map (Tract 8569), subject to the draft conditions of approval listed in the attached Exhibit A; and Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
