ARROYO LAGO RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
ADDENDUM

172 FCS
Https://adecinnovations.sharepoint.com/sites/PublicationsSite/Shared Documents/Publications/Client (PN-JN)/2148/21480036/Addendum/21480036 Arroyo Lago Residential Project Addendum.docx
As the proposed project involves annexation into the City, the project applicant would be required to
pay the City’s applicable capital facilities fee, which would further support the City’s planned
recreational facilities through this pro rata fair share contribution. Consistent with the Prior FEIR’s
impact conclusions, the proposed project would have a less than significant impact related to existing
recreational facilities and the construction of new or expanded recreational facilities. Therefore, the
proposed project would not introduce new significant impacts or create substantially more severe
significant impacts than those previously identified in the Prior FEIR. No additional analysis is
required.
Zone 7 Stormwater Option
Because the Zone 7 Stormwater Option is limited to a modification in stormwater management
infrastructure and does not alter the proposed project’s residential development program or the scale
or nature of development, impacts would remain less than significant with respect to recreation.
Mitigation Measures
None.
Conclusion
There is no new information of substantial importance, changes in the project, or changes in
circumstances under which it will be undertaken, identifying new significant effects, nor is there a
substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant impacts related to recreation.
The conclusions from the Prior FEIR remain unchanged when considering the implementation of the
proposed project. No further environmental review is required.
