Eliminating the <br />detention basin, pump facilities, and associated mechanical equipment (as contemplated by the City <br />Stormwater Option) would reduce the presence of utility infrastructure that could otherwise require <br />power supply or maintenance activities, without altering fire hazard conditions. Accordingly, consistent <br />with the impact conclusions in the Prior FEIR, wildfire impacts would remain less than significant and <br />consistent with the conclusions of the Prior FEIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />None. <br />Conclusion <br />There is no new information of substantial importance, changes in the project, or changes in <br />circumstances under which it will be undertaken, identifying new significant effects, nor is there a <br />substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant impacts related to wildfire. The <br />conclusions from the Prior FEIR remain unchanged when considering the implementation of the <br />proposed project. No further environmental review is required.
