ARROYO LAGO RESIDENTIAL PROJECT <br />ADDENDUM <br /> <br /> <br />FCS 201 <br />Https://adecinnovations.sharepoint.com/sites/PublicationsSite/Shared Documents/Publications/Client (PN-JN)/2148/21480036/Addendum/21480036 Arroyo Lago Residential Project Addendum.docx <br />Proposed Project Analysis and Conclusion <br />Consistent with the analysis in the Prior FEIR, compliance with and implementation of the mitigation <br />measures listed above, adherence to the robust set of applicable regulatory requirements, and <br />adherence with the City’s applicable General Plan and Municipal Code provisions, as well as <br />standard permit conditions, would ensure that the proposed project would not result in substantial <br />adverse effects on human beings, including effects related to air pollution, seismic and geologic <br />hazards, hazardous materials, flooding and natural disasters, or noise and vibration. Therefore, <br />consistent with the Prior FEIR’s impact conclusions, impacts associated with the proposed project <br />would be less than significant. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />Implement MM AIR-1, MM AIR-3, MM BIO-1a, MM BIO-1b, MM BIO-2a, MM BIO-2b, MM CUL-2a, <br />MM CUL-2b, MM CUL-3, MM GEO-1, MM GEO-6, MM GHG-1, MM GHG-2, MM NOI-1, and MM <br />TRANS-2. <br />Conclusion <br />There is no new information of substantial importance, changes in the project, or changes in <br />circumstances under which it will be undertaken, identifying new significant effects, nor is there a <br />substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant impacts related to any <br />mandatory findings of significance. The conclusions from the Prior FEIR remain unchanged when <br />considering the implementation of the proposed project. No further environmental review is required.
