The religious facility would <br />operate daily, Monday through Sunday, with the largest gatherings occurring in the evenings <br />between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. Daily office hours would be 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The maximum <br />number of persons on site at any one time would be 30 (including staff and attendees).
