Sheet C4.0 shows a new driveway and sidewalk. Reference
City of Pleasanton Standard Drawing 106 reference on the plans. Applicant response was
that a modified driveway entrance has been called out and City Standard Drawing 106 will
not work. The proposed modified driveway with a 1.5% cross slope is flat (1.4 to 1.9”
from FL to top of driveway approch) and will introduce potential ponding on Augustine
Street. The nearest drain inlet is close to corner of Augustine and Bernal. The plans shall
be revised to address these issues.
b)RESOLVED. ADA parking was removed from the scope.
c)RESOLVED. STORM DRAIN. Moved to Conditions of Approval.
