The rear of the building is
orientated to Old Bernal Avenue. There is no access to the building from Old Bernal
Avenue.
Site plans shall comply with the dimensional standards illustrated in the following Site
Circulation and Building Orientation diagram.
The project design does not provide an active frontage.
Driveway width shall be limited to 10 feet for one-way driveways and 18 feet for bi-
direction access. Parking aisle width shall conform with Chapter 18.88 of the Pleasanton
Municipal Code.
At 15'-8", the proposed driveway is below 18-feet for bidirectional access.
Class 2 short term bicycle parking shall be provided at a minimum of two spaces for every
50 residential units.
