Aft. Awk <br /> B. Annual Maintenance —The annual maintenance fee shall begin at the next regularly <br /> scheduled maintenance date and shall be $1,000 in addition to the original <br /> maintenance fee amount as outlined in that certain Agreement for Business License <br /> Services dated December 1, 1996. <br /> 6. Termination <br /> This Amendment may terminate each year by either party upon written notice thirty days <br /> (30) days prior to the anniversary date of the Agreement for Business License Services <br /> dated December 1, 1996. Upon termination, the software license shall expire and the <br /> software shall be returned to HdL. <br /> ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
