REIMBURSABLE COSTS:Reimbursable expenses are in addition to the agreed hourly fees and include actual expenditures made by the <br />consultant in the interest of the project.Eligible reimbursable expenses shall be billed at cost with a 10 percent markup.Reimbursable <br />expenses include such items as postage,reproduction,drawing plotting,printing,special materials,or equipment for project deliverable to <br />the City.Consultant's printing and reprographics for internal uses are excluded. <br />MARKUP: Markup shall not exceed 10% <br />OVERTIME:All overtime charges are invoiced on the basis of one and one-half times the above rates.
