City Council Minutes Page 6 of 6 July 7, 2026 <br />Presentation by Joe Calabrigo, Interim City Manager. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Balch closed <br />the public comment. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Councilmembers Eicher/Gaidos to approve the item as <br />recommended. Motion passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br />Councilmember Nibert requested a future discussion at a City Council <br />meeting regarding the FCI Dublin facility. The request failed for lack of majority <br />consensus. <br />Councilmember Testa requested a future discussion at a City Council meeting to <br />update the City's sign ordinance. The request failed for lack of majority consensus. <br />Councilmember Testa requested a discussion to update gas station signage guidelines. <br />Interim City Manager Calabrigo stated a scope of work could be prepared.
