Thank you for the information regarding 3425 <br />Bernal Avenue and 4100 First Street and the comment regarding proximity to the arroyo <br />and the recommendation to prioritize potential development farther from the creek where <br />feasible. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the potential rezonings at its June 24, 2026, meeting. <br />The two sites recommended by the Planning Commission are located at 4100 First Street <br />and 1225 Hopyard Road; the agenda report discusses the sites and provides additional <br />details, in case you are interested.
