Performance Pest Management | City of Pleasanton Pest Control Services Proposal |Page 3
1. PERFORMANCE PEST MANAGEMENT - SERVING SINCE 1979
Performance Pest Management has been serving customers since 1979, when founder Bill Yeoman
began what was then a one-person pest control operation. Bill built the company on a simple
philosophy: provide honest, reliable, effective pest management while treating customers with the same
care and respect he would expect himself.
Through hard work, personal service, and a commitment to doing the job right, the company grew from
that one-person operation into the established pest management company it is today. Over the years,
Performance Pest Management has continued to serve residential, commercial, municipal, institutional,
and other professional clients throughout the Bay Area.
Today, that legacy continues under second-generation leadership with Bill's daughter, Katie Yeoman
Watkins. Having grown up around the family business, Katie learned early that successful pest
management is about more than applying products. It is about listening to the customer, understanding
the conditions that are contributing to the problem, following through, and building long-term
relationships based on trust.
Katie has carried those values forward while helping the company evolve with modern
pest-management practices, regulatory requirements, Integrated Pest Management principles,
improved technology, and the changing needs of customers and public agencies.
While Performance Pest Management has grown considerably since 1979, the company continues to
operate with the values on which Bill originally built the business: integrity, accountability, personal
service, attention to detail, and a commitment to the communities we serve.
As a second-generation family business based in Pleasanton, Performance Pest Management combines
more than four decades of experience with local knowledge and a hands-on approach. Our clients are
not simply account numbers. We believe strong pest management comes from understanding each
property, communicating clearly with the people responsible for it, and responding appropriately as
conditions change.
That philosophy is particularly important when working with municipal facilities. City properties vary
widely in use, construction, surrounding environment, pest pressure, and public exposure. Performance
Pest Management brings the experience of a company established in 1979 together with the
responsiveness and personal accountability of a locally operated family business.
Our goal is to continue the reputation Bill Yeoman began building more than four decades ago: provide
dependable service, stand behind our work, and earn the customer's trust through the quality of the
service we provide.
Docusign Envelope ID: 12D38450-126F-85C2-806D-B77CACC97D2B
