ARROYO LAGO RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
ADDENDUM

58 FCS
Https://adecinnovations.sharepoint.com/sites/PublicationsSite/Shared Documents/Publications/Client (PN-JN)/2148/21480036/Addendum/21480036 Arroyo Lago Residential Project Addendum.docx
or whether the changes would result in a substantial increase in the severity of a previously
identified significant impact such that major revisions to the Prior FEIR would be triggered to
ensure it is adequate for purposes of the proposed project.
(3) New Circumstances Involving New or More Severe Impacts?
Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 (a)(2), the third column indicates whether there
have been substantial changes with respect to the circumstances under which the proposed
project is undertaken that would require major revisions to the Prior FEIR due to the
involvement of new significant environmental effects or a substantial increase in the severity
of previously identified significant effects.
(4) New Information Requiring New Analysis or Verification?
Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 (a)(3)(A-D), the fourth column indicates whether
there is new information of substantial importance, which was not known and could not have
been known with the exercise of reasonable diligence at the time the Prior FEIR was certified,
such that any of the following would occur:
(A) The project will have one or more significant effects not discussed in the previous EIR or
Negative Declaration;
(B) Significant effects previously examined will be substantially more severe than shown in
the previous EIR;
(C) Mitigation measures or alternatives previously found not to be feasible would in fact be
feasible, and would substantially reduce one or more significant effects of the project, but
the project proponents decline to adopt the mitigation measure or alternative; or
(D) Mitigation measures or alternatives which are considerably different from those analyzed
in the previous EIR would substantially reduce one or more significant effects on the
environment, but the project proponents decline to adopt the mitigation measure or
alternative.
If the additional analysis completed as part of this Addendum were to find that the impact
conclusions of the Prior FEIR remain the same such that (1) no new significant impacts are
identified, (2) identified impacts are not found to be substantially more severe than previously
evaluated, and (3) additional mitigation is not necessary, then the question would be
answered “no” and no additional supplemental or subsequent EIR would be required.
(5) Mitigation Measures
Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 (a)(3), the final column indicates whether the
Prior FEIR provides mitigation measures to address effects in the related impact category.
Any previously adopted mitigation measures will be identified. The response will also address
proposed revisions to previously adopted mitigation measures (if any). These mitigation
