City of Pleasanton—Additional Housing Sites Rezonings Project <br />CEQA Guidelines Section 15164 Addendum Addendum <br /> <br /> <br /> 55 <br />f) Habitat/Natural Community Conservation Plan Consistency <br />Would the project: Conflict with the provisions of an adopted Habitat Conservation <br />Plan, Natural Community Conservation Plan, or other approved <br />local, regional, or State Habitat Conservation Plan? <br />Summary of Prior FEIR <br />The Prior FEIR did not directly evaluate this impact question, but the City is not <br />subject to any currently adopted Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) or Natural <br />Communities Plan (NCCP). <br />Proposed Project Analysis and Conclusion <br />The proposed sites are not located within an HCP or NCCP. While the <br />proposed sites are located within the boundaries of the East Alameda <br />Conservation Strategy (EACCS) area, the EACCS is not classified as an HCP, <br />and therefore, future development on the proposed sites would not conflict <br />with any HCP or NCCP. Therefore, no impact would occur, and the proposed <br />project would not result in a new or more severe adverse impact that was <br />not previously identified and disclosed in the Prior FEIR. No further analysis is <br />required. <br />Conclusion <br />With regards to Biological Resources, the Addendum demonstrates that: <br />1. No new or more severe impacts related to the proposed project or its <br />site have been identified. <br />2. There are no new circumstances involving new or more severe impacts <br />which were not discussed by the Prior FEIR. <br />3. No new information requiring new analysis or verification has been <br />identified which results in an impact which is more severe than <br />anticipated by the Prior FEIR. <br />4. No mitigation measures are necessary because the proposed project’s <br />specific impacts would be less than significant. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures <br />None.
