City of Pleasanton—Additional Housing Sites Rezonings Project
Addendum CEQA Guidelines Section 15164 Addendum

84
GHG emissions that may have a significant impact on the environment.
Therefore, the proposed project would not conflict with any applicable plan,
policy, or regulation adopted for the purpose of reducing GHG emissions.
Therefore, impacts would be less than significant, and the proposed project
would not introduce new significant impacts or create substantially more
severe impacts than those previously identified and disclosed in the Prior FEIR.
No further analysis is required.
Conclusion
With regards to Greenhouse Gas Emissions, the Addendum demonstrates
that:
1. No new or more severe impacts related to the proposed project or its
site have been identified.
2. There are no new circumstances involving new or more severe impacts
which were not discussed by the Prior FEIR.
3. No new information requiring new analysis or verification has been
identified which results in an impact which is more severe than
anticipated by the Prior FEIR.
4. No mitigation measures are necessary because the proposed project’s
specific impacts would be less than significant.

Mitigation Measures
None.
