Similar to <br />other future development consistent with the proposed project, <br />development on the proposed sites would be required to comply with <br />applicable federal, State, and local solid waste regulations, including <br />Municipal Code Chapter 9.21, regarding construction waste diversion and <br />Municipal Code Chapter 9.23, regarding organic waste. Therefore, impacts <br />would be less than significant, and the proposed project would not result in a <br />new or more severe adverse impact that was not previously identified and <br />disclosed in the Prior FEIR. No further analysis is required. <br />Conclusion <br />With regards to Utilities and Service Systems, the Addendum demonstrates <br />that: <br />1. No new or more severe impacts related to the proposed project or its <br />site have been identified. <br />2. There are no new circumstances involving new or more severe impacts <br />which were not discussed by the Prior FEIR. <br />3. No new information requiring new analysis or verification has been <br />identified which results in an impact which is more severe than <br />anticipated by the Prior FEIR. <br />4. No mitigation measures are necessary because the proposed project’s <br />specific impacts would be less than significant. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures <br />None.
