Instruction is focused on coding, robotics, engineering concepts, game design, and <br />introductory technology skills. All activities occur indoors within existing tenant space. No <br />outdoor instruction, amplified sound, or laboratory use is proposed. <br />The Conditional Use Permit is requested to allow this educational use to operate on a regular, <br />year-round basis, including summer and winter camp programming. <br />3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES OFFERED <br />iCode School provides structured, instructor-led STEM education programs, including: <br />●Coding (Scratch, block-based programming, Python fundamentals) <br />●Robotics and engineering concepts (age-appropriate, non-industrial) <br />●Game design and logic development <br />●Introductory artificial intelligence concepts (conceptual, non-technical) <br />●STEM Jr. programs for younger students <br />●Progressive belt-based skill development programs <br />●Seasonal enrichment camps during school breaks <br />No chemical, biological, or wet laboratories are used. <br /> All instruction is computer-based or uses small educational robotics kits. <br />4.
