○Afternoon Session: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Summer & Winter Camp Hours
●Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Class schedules are structured to manage arrival and departure activity throughout the day.
During the regular school year, classes are scheduled in defined blocks with transition buffers
between sessions to minimize overlap.
Seasonal camps operate on a fixed daily schedule, typically from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. While
camp start and end times are consistent, student arrival and pick-up occur over short rolling
windows rather than all at once, which helps distribute traffic and reduce peak congestion.
5. STUDENTS, STAFFING, AND OCCUPANCY
●Typical class size: 8 students per classroom
●Instructor ratio: 1 instructor per classroom
●Maximum staff on site at one time: up to 5, including instructors and administrative staff.
●Although there are up to five staff members on-site, designated employee parking is
utilized, ensuring no impact or conflict with general customer parking areas.
●Maximum students on site at one time shall not exceed 40, depending on schedule and
session overlap.
●The student population primarily consists of elementary and middle school students
(Grades K-8).
●No high school students (Grade 10 and above) are currently enrolled. While one class is
offered for Grade 10, there are no active enrollments, and participation is not expected to
exceed two students.
●The occupant load, including students and staff, will remain below 50 persons at
all times, consistent with the existing approved occupancy classification.
iCode School - Pleasanton | Conditional Use Permit Narrative
3
