Ordinance No. 2308 Page 11 of 12 The discharge of waste from the proposed Tract 8423 would not result in a violation of applicable regional water quality control board requirements, as analyzed in the EIR and subsequent Addendum. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES FURTHER ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the conditions of project approval set forth herein include certain fees, dedication requirements, reservations requirements, and other exactions, and that pursuant to Government Code Section 66020(d)(1), these conditions constitute written notice of a statement of the amount of such fees, and a description of the dedications, reservations, and other exactions. 2. That the Applicant is hereby further notified that the ninety (90) days approval period in which a protest of these fees, dedications, reservations, and other exactions, pursuant to Government Code Section 66020(a) can be filed, begins on July 21, 2026, and that if a protest is not filed within this ninety (90)-day period complying with all of the requirements of Section 66020, the Applicant will be legally barred from later challenging such exactions. SECTION 5: The City Council has considered the findings made and hereby: 1. Adopts the findings set forth in Sectionsl-4 of this Ordinance, subject to the attached Draft Conditions of Approval in Exhibit A; and 2. Approves: (1) Initiation of proceedings for Annexations (P25-0115), (2) General Plan Amendments (P25-0116), (3) Rezoning (P25-0118) (4) a Planned Unit Development (PUD-154) plan for residential development with related on- and off- site infrastructure, and (5) a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map (Tract 8423), subject to the draft conditions of approval listed in the attached Exhibit B. SECTION 6: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts, is hereby amended by the Zoning Unit Map attached hereto as Exhibit C, incorporated herein by this reference. The General Plan Land Use Map will be updated as a part of the East Pleasanton land use update. SECTION 7: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) daysin the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
