No community Support data; project added based on Bicycle Pedestrian and Trails Committee review.
3. Project would install a bridge therefore a higher cost is estimated.
2. Near-Term Projects (0–5 Years) generally consist of lower-cost improvements that can be implemented through signing, striping, signal timing adjustments, traffic calming measures, pedestrian crossing enhancements, and quick-build treatments. Long-Term Projects (5+ Years) include corridor-wide
bicycle facility upgrades and intersection improvements requiring design and capital investment.
1. Pedestrian improvements are ranked by combining technical intersection scores with community input. Normalized technical scores are weighted at 80% and normalized community votes are weighted at 20% to produce the final intersection ranking. Projects may share the same rank despite differing
technical point totals due to point normalization and weighting.
