Resolution No. PC-2026-25 Page Four The subject site is zoned Office (O), and private schools with more than 20 students are conditionally permitted in the Office District with approval of a CUP. The proposed school would have a maximum of 40 students and, therefore, requires a CUP. The proposed use would operate within an existing building and would comply with applicable zoning and development requirements, including those related to the proposed use, parking, circulation, and site improvements, subject to the conditions of approval. The associated site modifications were reviewed and approved through staff- level Design Review application P26-0165, which is contingent upon approval of this CUP. Accordingly, subject to compliance with the conditions of approval and all applicable requirements of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. Section 5: The Planning Commission hereby approves P26-0164, the application of Daniel Sanchez of Shelterwerk on behalf of OneSchool Global, for CUP approval to operate a private school with up to 40 students located at 2340 Santa Rita Road, subject to the Conditions of Approval shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 6: This resolution shall become effective 10 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed before that time.
