District shall provide custodial care for the City Facility at 4900 <br />Valley Avenue. <br />2. Cleaning Standards. <br />a. The City Facility shall be maintained in accordance with <br />the cleaning standards set forth in Exhibit A attached, and <br />supplemental standards set forth in the "Custodial Handbook" for <br />Pleasanton Unified School District. <br />b. The City Manager and Superintendent of Schools are <br />authorized to agree to subsequent modifications of the cleaning <br />standards as deemed necessary by experience. <br />3. Payment for Custodial Services. <br />a. Payment for custodial services shall be based upon actual <br />costs incurred. Any special administration fee shall be based on <br />agreement of both parties. <br />b. At least annually the Supervisor of Custodial Services for <br />the School District will prepare an estimate of custodial costs for <br />the coming year. The annual cost estimate shall contain the types <br />of cost information set forth at Paragraph B of Exhibit A. <br />C. School District shall invoice the City on a quarterly <br />basis and shall itemize all charges included on the invoice. <br />4. Communications. <br />a. Any City concerns regarding custodial care shall be <br />communicated to the Director of Operations of the School District <br />or his or her designee. <br />b. Any School District concerns relating to custodial care <br />shall be communicated to the Director of Parks and Community <br />Services or his or her designee. <br />S. Termination or Modification. <br />a. This Agreement may be canceled by either agency upon 90 <br />days notice. <br />b. The City Manager is authorized to increase, decrease or <br />realign the quantity and quality of custodial services at any time, <br />provided that City will provide reasonable time for the School <br />District to adjust its service level or compensate the School <br />
