District for the expenses incurred as a result of the unexpected <br />change in service levels. <br />c. The Superintendent of Schools is authorized to increase, <br />decrease or realign the quantity and quality of custodial services <br />at any time provided that School District will provide reasonable <br />time for the City to adjust its service level or compensate the <br />City for the expenses incurred as a result of the unexpected change <br />in service levels. <br />d. By mutual agreement, the City Manager and Superintendent <br />may reverse the roles of service provider and service recipient. <br />In that case, the provisions of this Agreement referring to School <br />District shall apply to the City and vice -versa. <br />6.
