RESIDENTIAL – NEW CONSTRUCTION: The following items shall be provided <br />prior to any construction above the foundation or slab: <br /> <br />a. Emergency vehicle access shall be provided to the site (tract), <br />including areas where construction is occurring. <br />b. Designated construction material storage and construction worker <br />parking shall not obstruct the emergency vehicle access route(s). <br />c. On-site fire hydrants shall be in service. Fire hydrants shall be flushed <br />and all valves open. <br /> <br />120. FINAL INSPECTION: Prior to request for final inspection, all access roads, on- <br />site access and fire hydrants shall be provided.
