Although the City Council accepted the project as complete on <br />February 3, 2026, staff has identified warranty issues that require additional materials testing. <br />If the warranty issues are determined to be the contractor's responsibility, the City will consider <br />seeking reimbursement of the testing costs. <br /> <br />Wood Rodgers, Inc., Contract 2022029 <br />The City Council originally authorized an on-call professional services agreement for general <br />civil engineering and land surveying services as part of Agenda Item 8 on June 1, 2021. The <br />maximum agreement term extended through June 30, 2026. The consultant has been <br />providing land surveying services for subdivision map review. Sufficient budget is available to <br />pay pending invoices. No further tasks will be assigned under this contract. Staff recommends <br />a new one-year contract with Wood Rogers, Inc. to complete outstanding on-call land <br />surveying services and process pending invoices.
