Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc., one-year contract, for CIP 18437, Valley Avenue <br />Soundwall Repair; <br />2. Woodard & Curran, Inc., Contract 2024335, for CIPs 24171 and 24173, Near-Term <br />Water Improvements; <br />3. Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar, one-year contract, for CIP 26295, Sunol Boulevard Sewer <br />Improvements; <br />4. Mark Thomas & Company, Inc., Contract 2023416, for CIPs 11514 and 26514, West <br />Las Positas Boulevard Multimodal Reconstruction; <br />5. Geocon Consultants, Inc., Contract 2024175, for CIP 25504, Annual Slurry Sealing of <br />Various Streets; and <br />6. Wood Rodgers, Inc., one-year contractfor on-call land surveying services; and <br />7. Approve a budget amendment to transfer $15,247 from the Annual Soundwall Repair & <br />Replacement, CIP No. 25416 (Fund 201), to the Valley Avenue Soundwall Repair <br />Project, CIP No. 18437 (Fund 201); <br />8.
