All travel is approved by the City in advance and billed at cost with no markup, <br />per PSA Section 10.2. <br />9.5 Invoicing Terms <br />All invoices follow the City's Net 30 payment terms per PSA Section 10. Invoices reference the <br />City purchase order where one is issued. Fees are exclusive of taxes per PSA Section 10.6. <br />10. Third-Party Materials and Open Source <br />Third-Party Materials: none. Open Source in Deliverables: none. Open Source under a Copyleft <br />License is not permitted in Deliverables. <br />11. Rights in Deliverables; Reserved Materials <br />Per the Cover Page, Deliverables under this SOW are Assigned (PSA Section 6.3). The following <br />are Reserved Materials under PSA Section 6.3(d), licensed to the City under PSA Section 6.2 <br />and not assigned: the State & Local Government Accelerator Toolkit and its pre-built models <br />and configurations; the Porterhouse.ai Budget Book platform, publication engine, and <br />standard templates; and Porterhouse delivery methodology, templates, workbooks, and <br />training frameworks. The Budget Book environment is provided as a hosted service during the <br />SOW Term and is not itself a Deliverable; City-specific configurations, branding, and <br />published City content are the City's. <br />12. Change Orders <br />Changes to this SOW, including material variances from the Section 5 Dependencies, <br />additional models, additional integrations, or reporting beyond the Section 2f specification, <br />are handled through the Change Order process in PSA Section 3.3.
