Porterhouse | City of Pleasanton, California | Statement of Work No. 001 | Page 23 <br />9.1 Implementation Services (One-Time Fixed Fee) <br />The implementation fee is a one-time fixed fee of $100,000.00 covering all activities in <br />Sections 2 and 3. The fee is fixed for the scope in Section 2. The 462-hour estimate behind it <br />(blended rate $216.45) is the internal estimating basis, not a time-and-materials cap; scope, <br />not hours, governs.
