Task 11: Meetings and Project Administration Purpose The purposd of this task is to provide a regular basis for coordination of activities to anticipate any scope or schedule changes and to document progress and performance throughout the agreement period- The task also includes coordination ineelinas with the MTC, Caltrans and local jurisdictions. Approach Trend meetings will be held on a monthly or "as -necessary" basis with representatives of the Tri-Valley Transportation Council, the Authority, and Contra Costa and Alameda County staffs, to review the status of the project The existing budget will allow for eight trend meetings- For each trend inceting, the CONSULTANT shall prepare the following items: Agenda: The aguida should address technical issues, scope/budget issues, ftrz- weeic_ horizon schedule, Master Schedule, and percent -complete versus PC=_-c":-- expended- Four-Week Horizon Schedule Shows key current activities and those riar r:: during the next month Key activities that span beyond the month may b"_- s` *wn using dates.
