The Action Plan and <br />funding recommendations were approved by the Council in a public hearing on April 19, 2005 <br />[tentative]. All meetings were noticed in the Valley Times, a newspaper of general circulation. <br />Alameda County also published notices regarding the overall Action Plan (which includes all <br />entitlement cities and the urban county) in ANG newspapers throughout the County. Copies of <br />the draft Action Plan were provided to the main Library and City Hall in Pleasanton for public <br />review.
