A copy of the Council Resolution No. 02-049 is attached. The re solution authorizes the <br />City Manager to execute a renewed agreement with the County each year for thr ~'e years to establish the <br />terms for each year's grant of HOME funds. This is the third of the three years. <br /> <br />Attached are four (4) copies of the agreement for HOME funds for Fiscal Year 2 D05 (2005/06). I am <br />requesting your assistance to obtain the signatures of the City Manager and City Attorney on each <br />agreement. After signing, I will take care of returning all four copies to the Cou: xty so that the <br />applicable signatures can be obtained on that end. A signed copy will be returne :1 for our files upon <br />completion. <br /> <br />Your assistance is appreciated. The County has requested that we return the agr. :ements by Thursday, <br />June 16.
