The project will contribute to the construction of schools/school <br />facilities through the payment of school impact fees. Police, Fire, Park and related <br />service capacities exist to adequately serve the project and will be mitigated through the <br />design phase of the project to meet the current City development standards. Therefore, <br />this would be a less-than-signijicant-impact. <br /> <br />14. RECREATION <br /> <br />Environmental Setting <br /> <br />The project site is will not be providing on-site parkland, however, there will be some minor <br />open space amenities to serve the new development. <br /> <br />Standards of Significance <br /> <br />For purposes of this environmental document, an impact is considered significant if the proposed <br />project would: <br /> <br />.
