Neighborhood Park in North Pleasanton Phase H <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This reserve is being established for the further development of a <br /> neighborhood park in North Pleasanton if additional approvemerits are desired by Council after Phase I is <br /> approved. Actual park location and master planning will be conducted after further analysis of park <br /> options. $1,348,578 of the revenue projected for this project was expected to be received from a proposed <br /> development in Hacienda Business Park on Lot 60. A new application has been submitted which may <br /> result in the dedication of land rather than the payment of fees. If the new proposed development plan is <br /> fmalized and/or approved, a program amendment will be made. <br /> PROJECT JUSTIFICATION: The Council has expressed an interest in increasing the availability of <br /> parks in North Pleasanton.
