<br />EXHIBIT I <br /> <br />YOUTH MASTER PLAN IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING <br />THE BERNAL PROPERTY PHASE II SPECIFIC PLAN AND <br />THE BERNAL COMMUNITY PARK MASTER PLAN <br />(Prepared by Wayne Rasmussen, Project Coordinator <br />February 13, 2006) <br /> <br />On February 13, 2006, the Youth Master Plan Implementation Committee reviewed and <br />commented on the Illustrative Site Plan of the Bernal Property Phase II Specific Plan, and <br />the Site Plan of the Bernal Community Park Master Plan. Committee members indicated <br />their support regarding the location and site planning of the Y outhlCommunity Center as <br />shown on both plans. Individual Committee members also recommended that the <br />following uses be considered in the future for the Bernal Property: <br />· Small pocket parks with picnic areas in the open space land to the west of 1-680 <br />.
