<br />Draft Environmental Impact Report <br />Bernal Property Phase II Specific Plan <br /> <br />(3) Parking <br /> <br />The current site plan provides for 1,160 designated parking spaces (see Table 13). <br /> <br />The allocation of spaces is consistent with recommended ITE rates for the Recreational <br />Community Center type uses (ITE land use code 495) which have an average parking <br />demand rate of 3.83 spaces per 1 ,000 square feet. <br /> <br />For those uses for which no published standard is available, professional judgment was <br />applied.
